How do I book a tour?
Tap "Book on WhatsApp" on any tour, tell us your date, party and hotel (the message is pre-filled for you), and we confirm availability in minutes. No account, no prepayment.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You book free on WhatsApp and pay cash or card on the day of the tour. If you prefer to lock in your booking, ask us for a secure online payment link or a small deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour — full refund or free date change. Tours with flight tickets (Cairo by plane, Cairo overnight, Luxor by plane) are subject to the cancellation terms agreed at booking.
Do children get discounts?
Yes — and infants aged 0–4 travel free on boat and bus tours. Child prices (ages 5–11) are published on every tour page. On tours with flights or ferry, children from age 2 pay the child rate because a seat must be purchased.
Is hotel pickup really included?
Yes, on every tour — from any hotel in Sharm El Sheikh: Naama Bay, Nabq, Sharks Bay, Hadaba, Old Market and Soho. Pickup time depends on your hotel location and is confirmed the evening before.
What languages do your guides speak?
English, Italian and Russian. Each tour page shows the guide languages available for that specific tour.
Are your tours suitable for families?
Very much so — boat trips, the dolphin experience, glass-bottom boats and the city tour are family favourites. Tours with age limits (parasailing, Mount Sinai, quad driving) say so clearly on the page.
What should I bring on excursions?
Every tour page has a "Good to know" section with a packing list. As a rule: sun protection, comfortable shoes, some cash for tips and extras — and your passport for Ras Mohammed, Mount Sinai, Luxor, Cairo and Petra.
Is it safe to visit Cairo / Mount Sinai / Petra from Sharm?
Yes — these are established tourist routes we run year-round with licensed drivers and guides. Flights are scheduled airlines, and road trips travel on protected tourist corridors.
When is the best season?
Sharm is a year-round destination. Sea trips are gorgeous from March to November; desert evenings and Cairo/Luxor day trips are especially pleasant from October to April.
