Bookings are made via WhatsApp and confirmed by our team in writing. A booking is final once we confirm availability for your date. No account or prepayment is required.
Prices are listed in euros per person or per vehicle as marked on each tour page. You pay on the day of the tour, in cash (EUR, USD, EGP) or by card. A secure online payment link is available on request.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start — full refund of any deposit, or a free date change. Tours that include flight or ferry tickets (Cairo by plane, Cairo overnight, Luxor by plane, Petra) follow the cancellation terms agreed at booking, as tickets are issued in your name.
Child prices (ages 5–11) are published on each tour page; infants 0–4 travel free on boat and bus tours. On tours with flights or ferry, children from age 2 pay the child rate.
Please bring your passport where the tour page notes it, follow guide and crew instructions, and let us know about health conditions relevant to the activity. Participation in water and desert activities is at your own responsibility.
We ask only for what a booking needs: your name, hotel, travel date and WhatsApp number. We never sell your data, and we use it only to operate your tour. Messages are exchanged via WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms. This site sets no tracking cookies of its own.
