Can I have my own quad?
Yes — the standard price covers one quad shared by two riders. If you'd each like your own quad, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll quote the single-rider rate.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes — kids love the camel ride and the show. Children up to 7 sharing an adult's quad go free; drivers must be 16+ with valid ID.
What should I wear?
Closed shoes, dust-friendly clothes and a warm jacket — the desert cools down quickly after sunset. A scarf helps with dust on the ride.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before departure — full refund or free date change. Within 48 hours, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to rebook you.
